Redha has been working as a patent attorney at Becker & Associés since 2005. He became a partner in 2018.
Qualifications
Redha has a scientific background in Cellular and Molecular Biology and was involved in doctoral research in Epigenetics. He received a Master Degree from the University Pierre et Marie Curie, Paris 6. He graduated at the International Patent Law School (CEIPI) in Strasbourg and recently obtained a further Master Degree, in IP law. He is a registered French Patent Counsel and an authorized European Patent Attorney.

Redha is highly experienced in patent drafting and prosecution, as well as in conducting patentability and freedom to operate analyses. He also has an extensive practice in Opposition proceedings before the European Patent Office. He is also involved in patent lawsuits in France and other countries.
