Experience
Emmanuelle first worked as a Research associate for the Henry Wellcome Laboratories for Integrative Neuroscience & Endocrinology (LINE) at the University of Bristol, UK, and for an Institute of the Novartis group specialized in biotherapeutics, including design of antibodies and siRNAs. She made a major change in 2010, moving to a large IP firm in Paris. She then became an in-house patent counsel of the Ipsen pharma group. Emmanuelle joined Becker & Associés in 2018.
Qualifications
Emmanuelle graduated from the Ecole Supérieure de Biotechnologie de Strasbourg (ESBS), equivalent to a M.Sc. in Biotechnology, and from the International Patent Law School (CEIPI) in Strasbourg. Emmanuelle is an authorized European Patent Attorney and is also registered as French Patent Counsel.
Highlights
Emmanuelle advises and assists her clients in building and strengthening their patent portfolio. She conducts patentability and freedom to operate analysis, and set up competitive surveys. Her experience in the industry made her particularly sensitive to the importance of developing a strategy of protection in line with the business goals of the company.
