Morgane had served in a patent law firm in Paris for 8 years prior to joining Becker & Associés in 2021.

Qualifications and professional activities

Morgane graduated from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Chimie de Lille (equivalent to a M.Sc. in Chemistry), with a specialization in Natural Active Ingredients Engineering from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Chimie de Montpellier. She graduated from the International Patent Law School (CEIPI) in Strasbourg. She is a French Patent Counsel and an authorized European Patent Attorney.
She is also an authorized representative before the Unified Patent Court.

Fields of Expertise

Morgane assists her clients in the drafting and prosecution of patent applications. She prepares validity and infringement opinions and is also involved in Opposition proceedings. While she has developed a special expertise in extractions and drug delivery systems, Morgane enjoys her clients’ large diversity of technologies.
