Experience

Redha has been working as a patent attorney at Becker & Associés since 2005. He became a partner in 2018.

Qualifications and professional activities

Redha has a scientific background in Cellular and Molecular Biology and was involved in doctoral research in Epigenetics. He received a Master Degree from the University Pierre et Marie Curie, Paris 6. He graduated at the International Patent Law School (CEIPI) in Strasbourg and recently obtained a further Master Degree, in IP law. He is a registered French Patent Counsel and an authorized European Patent Attorney.

Redha is also an authorized representative before the Unified Patent Court.

He is a member of LES and CNCPI professional organizations.

Fields of Expertise

Redha advises and assists our clients in protecting and defending their innovations worldwide. Redha is highly experienced in patent drafting and prosecution, as well as in conducting patentability and freedom to operate analyses. He also has an extensive practice in Opposition proceedings before the European Patent Office. He is experienced in cases involving major financial stakes and in patent pre-litigation or litigation proceedings, in France and other countries.
