Estelle MARCHAND

Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2005 after a Master’s degree in Contract Law, Estelle specialized in industrial property litigation and transactions within French and international law firms, for innovative pharmaceutical companies.
She joined Becker & associés in 2020.
Along with our French IP Counsels, she provides legal support in patent pre-litigation and litigation cases, and bridges with the lawyers with whom we team up regularly.
Estelle also takes advantage of her experience in litigation to assist our clients in setting up compensation policies for inventors under French law.

Estelle is also involved in the drafting and analysis of IP clauses of collaboration or license agreements.

She further conducts registration procedures for the transfer of patent rights around the world.
