Aude MAGUER, PhD

Experience

Aude started in 2009 at Cabinet Becker & Associés, where she was trained, before joining a tech transfer office. With such additional experience in hand, Aude then returned to the private practice. She has been back in our team since early 2022.

Qualifications and professional activities

Aude has a PhD in Chemistry from the University Paris-Sud (Orsay). She also graduated from the École supérieure de physique et de chimie industrielles de la ville de Paris (ESPCI, equivalent to a M.Sc. in Chemistry and Physics), including a Master Degree in molecular chemistry at Ecole Polytechnique.
Aude graduated from the International Patent Law School (CEIPI) in Strasbourg. She is a French Patent Counsel and an authorized European Patent Attorney.
She is also an authorized representative before the Unified Patent Court.

Fields of Expertise

Aude assists her clients in the drafting and prosecution of patent applications. She prepares validity and infringement opinions. Aude particularly appreciates the diversity of her clients and technologies. Her experience within a tech transfer office has made her particularly aware of the advantages and challenges of public-private partnerships.
