Bénédicte has been working as a patent attorney at Becker & Associés since 2007. She became a partner to the firm in 2023.
Bénédicte has a PhD in Molecular Microbiology and Biotechnology from the University of Marseille, France. She also graduated from the Ecole Supérieure de Biotechnologie de Strasbourg (ESBS), equivalent to a M.Sc. in Biotechnology, and from the International Patent Law School (CEIPI) in Strasbourg. She is a registered French Patent Counsel and an authorized European Patent Attorney.
Bénédicte advises and assists her clients in protecting and defending their innovations worldwide. She is highly experienced in patent drafting and prosecution, as well as in conducting patentability and freedom to operate analysis. She is also involved in patent lawsuits in France and other countries.
