Emilie Dias has been working at Becker & Associés since 2015.

Qualifications and professional activities

Emilie has graduated from Polytech Nice, equivalent to a M.Sc. in Biotechnology, with a major in biological engineering and a minor in pharmacology. She has made several internships in various labs, in France and abroad. Emilie graduated from the International Patent Law School (CEIPI) in Strasbourg and is a qualified European patent attorney.
She is also an authorized representative before the Unified Patent Court.

Fields of Expertise

Emilie drafts patent applications, and defends them before patent examiners worldwide, always with a view to ensuring that protection is adapted to the client’s development strategy. Emilie is also involved in Opposition proceedings before the European Patent Office. Her technical expertise has been invaluable in pre-litigation support, particularly in inventorship analyses.
